Help Us Prepare for Your Visit
To give you the best experience and reserve enough time for your appointment, please book the service and add-ons that match what you would like done, including designs, removal, repairs, massage, French tips, chrome, gems, or other extras.
If additional services are requested during your visit but were not booked in advance, we may need to simplify the service, reschedule part of the appointment, or decline add-ons depending on our schedule. Thank you for helping us keep every appointment smooth, relaxed, and on time.
Pricing, Add-Ons & Estimates
Our listed prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the final service, nail length, shape, product removal, repairs, design details, add-ons, or service changes requested during your appointment.
For design, colour, or service estimates, please contact us before your visit. We are happy to review inspiration photos, provide a general estimate when possible, and suggest simpler or more budget-friendly alternatives.
Inspiration Photos, Nail Art & Colour Matching
We welcome inspiration photos and will always do our best to recreate the overall look. Exact results cannot be guaranteed, as the final look may vary depending on your natural nails, nail length, shape, skin tone, product availability, lighting, camera settings, filters, screen brightness, and photo editing.
For best results, choose inspiration photos with a nail length and shape similar to your own. We can also recommend the closest available shade from our colour collection.
Client Satisfaction, Adjustments & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments in person.
If you notice a concern after your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always willing to hear you out, review the situation, and do our best to make things right where possible.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Service-related concerns may be reviewed for an appropriate adjustment where applicable.
Repairs & Minh Nail Bar Guarantee
We want your nails to last beautifully. If you experience a chip, lift, or service-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the concern and arrange a repair where applicable.
Under the Minh Nail Bar Guarantee, qualifying repairs are covered as follows:
Shellac Nail Repair: Complimentary for qualifying issues reported within 168 hours (7 full days) of the completion of your original service. After this period, repairs are $5 per nail.
Nail Enhancement Repair: Complimentary for qualifying issues reported within 240 hours (10 full days) of the completion of your original service. After this period, repairs are $8 per nail.
The guarantee period begins immediately after your original service is completed. Complimentary repairs apply only to qualifying concerns related to application or product performance, as assessed by Minh Nail Bar.
Repairs may not be covered where damage appears related to improper care, lifestyle-related wear, trauma, natural nail condition, picking or peeling, or work performed outside of our salon.
The Minh Nail Bar Guarantee applies only to services completed by Minh Nail Bar. We are not responsible for work performed or modified outside of our salon.
Appointments, Late Arrivals & Walk-Ins
Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred service, technician, date, and time. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but scheduled appointments are prioritized.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, limited design options, or rescheduling depending on our schedule. If you are running late, need to cancel, or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Health, Hygiene & Safety
Please let us know before your service if you have any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, injuries, infections, fungus, or skin/nail concerns that may affect your appointment.
For safety reasons, we may need to modify, delay, or refuse a service if we believe it cannot be performed safely.
Minh Nail Bar follows hygiene and infection-prevention practices, including cleaning and disinfecting tools, using single-use items where appropriate, and following applicable public health requirements.
If you experience redness, swelling, pain, discharge, or signs of infection after your appointment, please seek medical advice from a healthcare professional.
Personal Belongings & Salon Environment
Please keep your belongings secure during your visit. Minh Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal items.
Because nail services involve polish, liquids, tools, and dust, we recommend removing jewelry before your service and keeping valuables safely stored.
Respectful Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for clients and staff.
Disruptive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, unsafe, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. Minh Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if behaviour affects the safety, comfort, or experience of our staff or guests.
Pets & Service Animals
To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable salon environment, pets are not permitted inside Minh Nail Bar.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements.
Photos & Social Media
We may ask to take photos or videos of your finished nails for our portfolio, website, or social media.
Your face or personal information will not be shared without permission. If you prefer not to have your nails photographed or posted, please let us know.
Promotions & Special Offers
Promotions and special offers must be mentioned before payment and cannot be applied after checkout.
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Minh Nail Bar reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion or special offer at any time.
Student Discounts
Minh Nail Bar offers a 5% student discount on eligible services.
A valid, current physical student ID must be presented in person at checkout. The ID must be issued by a recognized educational institution, clearly identify the student, and be legible. Expired student IDs will not be accepted.
The discount applies to the eligible service subtotal before HST and does not apply to gratuities, gift certificate purchases, retail products, or other fees. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically stated.
Gift Certificates
Minh Nail Bar gift certificates are issued with a stated dollar value and have no expiry date.
Gift certificates are not subject to HST at the time of purchase. Applicable HST is calculated when services are redeemed, and the gift certificate balance is applied toward the final service total.
A gift certificate does not reserve an appointment or guarantee service availability. All appointments remain subject to availability and Minh Nail Bar’s regular booking, cancellation, late-arrival, and service policies.
Gift certificates may be used toward eligible services at Minh Nail Bar. If the total service bill, including applicable HST, exceeds the available certificate balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout using an accepted payment method. Any unused balance remains available for future visits.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuities.
Gift certificates may be gifted to another person. Please keep your certificate secure, as it should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, or fraudulent certificates may not be honoured. A replacement may be considered only where the certificate, remaining balance, and ownership can reasonably be verified, and the original certificate can be voided.
Refunds for services paid in whole or in part by gift certificate will be returned to the gift certificate balance for the corresponding amount.
