Minh Nail Bar Referral Program Policy

At Minh Nail Bar, we appreciate clients who recommend us to their friends and family. Our Referral Program rewards both the existing client who makes the referral and the new client who visits us because of that referral.

How the Referral Program Works

When an eligible Minh Nail Bar client refers a new client:

• The referred new client receives 10% off their first qualifying visit.

• The referrer earns one 10% Referral Credit after the referred client’s qualifying visit is completed and paid for.

• There is no limit to the number of people an eligible client may refer.

• Each successful referral earns an additional 10% Referral Credit.

For example, referring 6 qualifying new clients earns 6 Referral Credits, equal to 60% in earned referral discounts.

Who Can Be a Referrer?

To participate as a referrer:

• You must have completed at least one paid visit at Minh Nail Bar.

• You may register for the Referral Program during that same first visit, once your qualifying service has been completed.

• A referred new client may also register as a referrer during their first visit after receiving their referral discount and completing their service.

• Registration must be completed in-store with a member of our staff.

Once registered, the client may begin referring new clients for future qualifying visits.

Referral credit cannot be earned for referrals that occurred before the client became eligible and registered in the Referral Program.

Referred Client Discount

A referred client must be a person who has not previously received services at Minh Nail Bar.

The referred client must identify their registered referrer when booking, checking in, or before payment is completed on their first visit.

The referred client:

• Receives 10% off their first qualifying visit.

• Must use the 10% referral discount on that first visit.

• Cannot save the discount for a later visit.

• Cannot transfer the discount to another person.

• Cannot receive multiple referral discounts by naming multiple referrers.

Only one referrer may receive credit for each referred client.

Earning Referral Credits

Each qualifying new-client referral earns the registered referrer one 10% Referral Credit.

There is no maximum number of Referral Credits that may be earned.

Referral Credits are added only after the referred client’s qualifying service has been completed and paid for.

Cancelled, unpaid, fully refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions do not earn Referral Credits.

Using Referral Credits

Referral Credits may be redeemed toward eligible Minh Nail Bar services.

A client may redeem a maximum of 30% in Referral Credits per visit, per calendar day.

This means a client may redeem up to 3 Referral Credits at once.

Examples:

• 1 Referral Credit available = 10% off

• 2 Referral Credits available = 20% off

• 3 or more Referral Credits available = maximum 30% off that visit

• 6 Referral Credits available = up to 30% off one visit, with the remaining credits saved for future visits

• 10 Referral Credits available = still a maximum of 30% off per visit, per day

Unused Referral Credits remain available for future eligible visits.

Multiple appointments, services, or transactions completed by the same client on the same calendar day are treated as one visit for Referral Program redemption purposes.

Splitting an appointment, bill, or transaction does not increase the 30% daily redemption limit.

Referral Program Rules

• Referral Credits have no cash value.

• Referral Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Referral Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or combined with another client’s Referral Credits.

• A client cannot refer themselves.

• Only one referrer may receive credit for each new client.

• A referred client may only receive the 10% first-visit referral discount once.

• Referrers must already be eligible and registered before the qualifying referral occurs.

• Referral Credits cannot be earned retroactively for clients who visited before the referrer became registered.

• Referral Credits cannot be applied retroactively after a transaction has been completed.

• Duplicate client profiles, alternate names, phone numbers, or accounts may not be used to create additional referral benefits.

• Groups of clients may not simply designate one another as referrers during the same visit in order to generate referral discounts or credits.

• Referral Credits may not be used toward gratuities, gift cards, or cash-equivalent purchases.

• Referral discounts and Referral Credits may not be stacked beyond the limits permitted under this program.

• Other promotions or discounts may not be combined with Referral Credits unless specifically approved by Minh Nail Bar.

• Minh Nail Bar may request reasonable information to verify a referral.

• Minh Nail Bar may reject, withhold, reverse, or remove Referral Credits arising from duplicate, fraudulent, coordinated, or abusive use of the program.

Tracking Referral Credits

Referral Program registration, successful referrals, earned Referral Credits, redeemed Referral Credits, and remaining balances are recorded by Minh Nail Bar.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when registering and when identifying a referrer.

Referral balances are based on the records maintained by Minh Nail Bar.

Program Changes

Minh Nail Bar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, including its earning and redemption rules, at any time.

Any suspected misuse of the Referral Program may result in Referral Credits being withheld, cancelled, or removed.
